Welcome to Bella Luna Collective. We are a small, female veteran-owned business based in Arizona, United States, specializing in handcrafted jewelry, curated digital products and wellness courses. Our work is rooted in creativity, community care, and a deep commitment to inclusivity — affirming LGBTQ+ people, women, and marginalized communities in everything we do.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bella Luna Collective website located at bellalunacollective.com (the "Site"), as well as your purchase and use of our products and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or making a purchase. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

1.1 These Terms are effective as of April 12, 2026. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any manner, you ("you," "your," or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Site.

1.3 We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion and at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may browse, access, and purchase products for your own personal enjoyment and use. Any commercial use of the Site or its content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

2.2 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Site or make a purchase. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.3 Digital products purchased from Bella Luna Collective — including but not limited to printables, self-advocacy resources, and community care tools — are licensed for your personal use only. These digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded to any platform, or otherwise transferred to any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

3.4 The Bella Luna Collective name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Bella Luna Collective. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

4. Product Information and Availability

4.1 We strive to display our products as accurately as possible on the Site. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry — including faux leather earrings, glass bead jewelry, and enamel charm pieces — colors, textures, dimensions, and other characteristics may vary slightly from item to item and from what appears on your screen. Monitor settings and screen resolutions may also affect how products appear.

4.2 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product offered, to discontinue any product at any time, and to refuse any order at our sole discretion. If a product you have ordered is no longer available, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund for that item.

4.3 We are not responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, images, or other content on the Site. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices displayed on the Site are listed in United States dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and verified.

5.3 We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the information you supply is accurate and complete.

5.4 Applicable sales tax will be collected in accordance with Arizona state law and any other jurisdictions as required by law. Tax amounts, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping is currently available within the United States. If international shipping is offered, additional terms, fees, and delivery timeframes may apply and will be communicated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

6.2 Estimated delivery times are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier schedules, and other factors beyond our control.

6.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.4 Risk of loss and title for all physical products pass to you upon our delivery of the item(s) to the shipping carrier. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Bella Luna Collective is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

6.5 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

7.1 Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described on the Site.

7.2 If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery to report the issue. Your request must include:

(a) Your order number;

(b) A description of the damage or defect; and

7.3 Refunds for qualifying returns will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item, or upon approval of the claim if the item does not need to be returned.

7.4 Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

7.5 Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been worn, altered, or is not in its original condition.

8. Digital Products

8.1 All sales of digital products — including printables, self-advocacy resources, community care tools, and other downloadable files — are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, regardless of the reason.

8.2 Digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print copies for your own personal use, but you may not distribute, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or share the files in any form — whether digitally or in print — with any third party.

8.3 Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital files — including uploading to file-sharing platforms, social media, or any other online or offline medium — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable copyright law.

8.4 We are not responsible for issues arising from user error in downloading, saving, or using digital products, including but not limited to accidental deletion, failure to download within the available window, or difficulty accessing files due to personal device or software limitations.

8.5 File format compatibility is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Product listings include file format information (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPG). Please verify that you have the appropriate software and device capabilities before completing your purchase.

9. User Responsibilities and Account Conduct

9.1 If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and to promptly update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

9.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activity. Bella Luna Collective shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

9.4 We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 You agree not to use the Site, our products, or our services to:

10.2 Bella Luna Collective is built to be a space of safety, belonging, and respect. Conduct that undermines these values — including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or intimidation directed at any individual or community — is not tolerated and may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

13.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BELLA LUNA COLLECTIVE, INCLUDING ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND REPRESENTATIVES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

13.2 In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Bella Luna Collective for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any product or service exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Bella Luna Collective for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

The aggrieved party shall send written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. The parties shall attempt to resolve the matter within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of such notice before pursuing formal legal remedies.

16.1 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such finding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

17.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bella Luna Collective with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of products or services. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and understandings — whether oral or written — between you and Bella Luna Collective relating to the subject matter hereof.
