RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

 

  • Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described on the Site.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery to report the issue. Your request must include:

             (a) Your order number;

             (b) A description of the damage or defect; and

             (c) Clear photographic evidence of the issue.

  • Refunds for qualifying returns will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item, or upon approval of the claim if the item does not need to be returned.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been worn, altered, or is not in its original condition.
