Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described on the Site.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery to report the issue. Your request must include:

(a) Your order number;

(b) A description of the damage or defect; and

(c) Clear photographic evidence of the issue.

• Refunds for qualifying returns will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item, or upon approval of the claim if the item does not need to be returned.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been worn, altered, or is not in its original condition.

• Shipping is currently available within the United States. If international shipping is offered, additional terms, fees, and delivery timeframes may apply and will be communicated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier schedules, and other factors beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss and title for all physical products pass to you upon our delivery of the item(s) to the shipping carrier. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Bella Luna Collective is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
